RETURN POLICY - HARK&GRAAF
At HARK&GRAAF we pride ourselves on offering high quality luxury fashion items and excellent customer service. Should you for any reason be not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process. Please read the following details about our returns policy:

14-DAY RETURN PERIOD:
  • In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to return any item purchased from HARK&GRAAF within 14 days after the delivery date without giving any reason. This 14-day period is also known as the "cooling-off period".

RETURN CONDITIONS:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
  2. The item(s) must be unworn, unused and free of damage or alterations.
  3. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box in original condition.

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear and intimate clothing
  • Custom made or personalized items
  • Items marked as "end of sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Items that do not meet the conditions mentioned above

RETURN PROCESS:

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Please contact our customer service team via email at harkgraaf@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form on our Contact Us page. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Please pack the item(s) securely, include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and clearly mark the RA number on the package.
  4. Send the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery.

REFUNDS:
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE:
  • If you want to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We will do our best to fulfill your request, depending on the availability of the product.
