RETURN POLICY - HARK&GRAAF

At HARK&GRAAF, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality luxury fashion items and excellent customer service. Should you, for any reason, not be completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process. Please read the details of our return policy below.

30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to return any item purchased from HARK&GRAAF within 30 days of the delivery date without stating a reason. This 30-day period is also known as the cooling-off period.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and free from damage or alterations.

  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox in original condition.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions listed above

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Easily register your return via our return portal:

  2. Fill in your order details and follow the steps in the return portal.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and, if necessary, state the reason for return.

  4. Complete your return request and generate your return label via the portal.

  5. Carefully package the item(s) and return them with the generated label according to the instructions in the return portal.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 30 days via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note: Shipping costs and any administration fees are not refundable, unless otherwise agreed or legally required.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you can indicate this when registering your return via the return portal. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.
