Return policy

At HARK & GRAAF, we value quality and considered service. Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and fair.

30-day return period

In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to return any item purchased from HARK & GRAAF within 30 days of the delivery date, without giving a reason. This period is also known as the cooling-off period.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

• The item is in its original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
• The item is unworn, unused and free of damage or alterations.
• Shoes are returned with the original shoe box in its original condition.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Underwear and intimate apparel
• Made-to-measure or personalised items
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
• Items that do not meet the return conditions above

Return process

Follow these steps to register a return:

1. Register your return via our returns portal: hark-graaf.shipping-portal.com/rp
2. Enter your order details and follow the steps in the portal.
3. Select the item you wish to return and, if you like, the reason.
4. Complete your request and create your return label in the portal.
5. Pack the item carefully and ship it with the label, following the instructions in the portal.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 days via the original payment method.

Please note: shipping costs and any administration fees are not refunded, unless agreed otherwise or required by law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you can indicate this when registering your return in the portal. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.
